P.S.APPU, GP THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 03.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: WP(C) NO. 12564 OF 2025 2 2025:KER:29465 JUDGMENT The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that the timing conference to fix timings in respect of Ext.P1 permit issued to the petitioner by the proceedings of the Regional Transport Authority, Alappuzha as early as on 30.10.2024 have not been held so far. 2. Learned Government Pleader submits that 59 operators including KSRTC have raised objections to the timings suggested by the petitioner. It is submitted that considering the large number of objections raised, the meeting to fix timings in respect of Ext.P1 permit has been adjourned. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the fact that Ext.P1 permit was granted to the petitioner in the month of October, 2024, this Writ Petition will stand disposed of directing the respondent to ensure that the timings in respect of Ext.P1 permit are finalized within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgments, after considering all objections in accordance with the law.
