The claimant No. 1 Smt. Jyotshna Begum is present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer is willing to pay an amount of Rs.13,60,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lacs and Sixty Thousand) as compensation to the claimants. The Insurer is directed to deposit Rs.13,60,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lacs and Sixty Thousand) before the Registry of this Court within six weeks from today. 4. As agreed, the claimant No. 1 shall open an FDI of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) each in the name of claimants No. 2 and 3 and the deposited amount Page No.# 3/3 may be allowed to be withdrawn when the claimants No. 2 and 3 attain majority. 5. The remaining amount of Rs.9,60,000/- (Rupees Nine Lacs and Sixty Thousand) may be allowed to be withdrawn by the claimant No. 1 after proper verification and identification of the claimant No. 1 by the Registry of this Court and also being identified by Mr. N.
