Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I-Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash order dated 8-4-2025 (Annexure no-1) and 25-7-2024(Annexure no-2) passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Pindra, Varanasi under section-24 of U. P. Revenue Code. II- Any other Writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and the circumstances of the present case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
