At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the this petition has become infructuous as Mohammed Imail Khan has been transferred from Block Education Officer, Bharatpur, District - Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) to Block Education Officer, Shankargarh, District - Balrampur (C.G.) vide order dated 29.09.2025. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted copy of the order dated 29.09.2025. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. 4.
