J DILEEP KUMAR SRS,J C.C.No.812 of 2025 The Court made the following order: The above contempt case has been filed complaining of violation of the order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P.No.11880 of 2024. 2. The said writ petition was disposed of directing the authority to dispose of the appeal as per law, by issuing notice to the petitioners as well as to the affected parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and since the authority did not dispose of the appeal, the above contempt case is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent authority passed a speaking order dated 04.10.2025 in appeal No.257/2022. A copy of the said order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. 4. Since the respondent authority has passed a speaking order in pursuance of the order dated 18.06.2024, though some delay occurred, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondent did not commit any contempt. 5. Therefore, this contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order, dated 04.10.2025, passed by the respondent authority in appeal No.257/2022 (ROR Appeal G/257/2022). No costs.
