In doing so the administration is encroaching into his client's land bearing Gata no. 532 having area 0.0030 hectare. His client made representation dated 7th April, 2025 to respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate). He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation such that there is no encroachment. Mr. Devesh Vikram, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. Respondent no. 2 is directed to consider petitioner's representation alleging encroachment. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation dated 7th April, 2025 to said respondent.
