The writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the caste certificate of the petitioner BC-D (Munnuru Kapu) for the post of School Assistant (Biological Science-Telugu) selected in AP TET-cum-TRT-2014 and obtained Rank No.33 in DSC selections is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to kept one post vacant till the Migration certificate produced by the petitioner in the interest of justice and to pass......”
2. On 25.09.2025 and 26.09.2025 no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted to today for dismissal.
Today, when the matter is called, none represented the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to proceed with the matter. 3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
