Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 2, on 18.10.2019, issued an advertisement under the National Health Mission Scheme for various posts on a contractual basis, including the post of Instructor for Hearing Impaired Children. He submits that the petitioner duly submitted her application along with the requisite documents. However, the petitioner was not found eligible for the said post and was placed in the list of ineligible candidates. Hence, the present writ petition came to be filed.
3. A return has been filed on behalf of the respondents stating that subsequently, the petitioner has been found eligible, and the interview shall be conducted thereafter, based upon which the final selection list shall be published.
4. In light of the above, nothing survives for adjudication before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
