ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2 to 4th respondent authorities in not providing the police protection to the petitioner to carry out the construction in the land an extent of Ac.0.01.1/2cents land in S.No.68/3

situated in, Malenatham Panchayath, Chimparapalli Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District without considering the petitioner's representation dated 1.7.2021 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principals of natural justice and Art 14 of the constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd to 4th respondents to provide the police protection to the petitioner to carry out the construction in the land an extent of Ac.0.01 ½ cents land in S.No.68/3 situated in, Malenatham Panchayath, Chimparapalli Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 1.7.2021.”
2. Heard Ms.Marella Radha, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.129 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323 and 506 IPC on the file of Ramasamudram Police Station has been registered against Respondent No.5. It is further submitted that, unless there are specific orders from the Court, the Police cannot provide police protection to the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
