ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between th6 petitioners and the respondent No.4 in respect of the land extent Ac. 10.86 cents situated in Sy.No.22 of Belum Village, Kolimigundla Mandal, Kurnool District which is the suit schedule property in O.S.No.56/2019 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Banaganapalle, Kurnool District without following due process of law which as arbitrary, illegal and violation of article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the respondent No.4 in respect of the land extent Ac. 10.86 cents situated in Sy.No.22 of Belum Village, Kolimigundla Mandal, Kurnool District without following due process of law in the interest of justice.”
2. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.4.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that no cases are registered against the Petitioners as well as the unofficial Respondent and they are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.4, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
