By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, filed by the petitioner and demarcate the Arazi No.288 situated at Village Satta, Tehsil Etmadpur, District- Agra." 3. This Court vide order dated 14.05.2025 directed the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter. 4. Sri Awadhesh Kumar Patel, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions dated 18.05.2025 received from the office of Sub Divisional Officer, Etmadpur, Agra, submits that the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of demarcation of the Arazi No.288 situated at Village Satta, Tehsil Etmadpur, District- Agra, as contained in annexure no.3 to the writ petition, has already been decided vide order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (respondent no.2) 5. The extract of the order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No.3978/2024 (Mahendra Singh versus Secretary, Nagar Palika Atmadpur, Agra), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is reproduced as under: "आज पतत्रावलली पत्राप्त हहई। पत्रारर्थी महहेन्द्र सससिंह पपुत बदन सससिंह ननवत्रासली ममोहलत्रा सतत्रा कस्बत्रा व तहसलील एत्मत्रादपपुर सजलत्रा आगरत्रा दत्रारत्रा धत्रारत्रा 24 उ०प०रत्रा०ससिंनहतत्रा 2006 कहे अन्तगरत दत्रावत्रा मय पत्राररनत्रा पत नदनत्राक 13.04.2022 पर तहसलीलदत्रार एत्मत्रादपपुर सहे आख्यत्रा पत्राप्त ककी गई। रत्राजस्व ननरलीक्षक ककी आख्यत्रा नदनत्राक 10.05.2024 सजसहे तहसलीलदत्रार एत्मत्रादपपुर दत्रारत्रा नदनत्रासिंक 11.05.2024 कमो अग्रसत्राररत नकयत्रा। रत्राजस्व ननरलीक्षक दत्रारत्रा पस्तपुत आख्यत्रा नदनत्रासिंक 11.05.2024 मम गत्राटत्रा ससिंख्यत्रा 292 पर पपूरर रुपहेर आवत्रासलीय मकत्रान बनहे हहै तरत्रा गत्राटत्रा ससिंख्यत्रा 287 पर भली पपूरररुपहेर आवत्रासलीय मकत्रान बनहे हह तरत्रा गत्राटत्रा ससिंख्यत्रा 286, 288 कहे असधकत्रासिंश भत्राग पर भली आवत्रासलीय मकत्रान हहै तरत्रा गत्राटत्रा ससिंख्यत्रा 39, 40, 41, 42, 44 पर भली पपूरररुपहेर मकत्रान बनहे हह। ऐसली सस्रनत मम गत्राटत्रा ससिंख्यत्रा 288 ककी पहैमत्राइश धत्रारत्रा 24 उ०प०रत्रा०ससिंनहतत्रा 2006 कहे अन्तगरत नहहीं ककी जत्रा सकतली हहै चत्राररों तरफ आबत्रादली बनली हमोनहे कहे कत्रारर कमोई नबन्दपु सत्यत्रानपत नहहीं हमो सकतली हहै। रत्राजस्व ननरलीक्षक /तहसलीलदत्रार एत्मत्रादपपुर ककी आख्यत्रा नदनत्रासिंक 10.05.2024/11.05.2024 स्वलीकत्रार नकयहे जत्रानहे यमोग्य पतलीत हमोतली हहै। आदहेश अततः रत्राजस्व ननरलीक्षक एत्मत्रादपपुर /तहसलीलदत्रार एत्मत्रादपपुर ककी आख्यत्रा नदनत्रासिंक 10.05.2024/11.05.2024 कहे आधत्रार पर वत्राद ककी कत्रायरवत्राहली समत्राप्त ककी जत्रातली हहै। वत्राद आवश्यक कत्रायरवत्राहली पतत्रावलली दत्रासखिल दफ्तर हमो।" 6. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, copy of the order dated 13.8.2024 passed in Case No. 3978/2024 is provided to him by the learned Standing Counsel. 7. A copy of the aforesaid instructions as provided by the learned Standing Counsel, is taken on record. 8. In view of aforesaid situation, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has lost its efficacy and nothing material is left to be adjudicated in the writ petition. 9. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record. 10. Needless to say that it is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy against the aforesaid order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the respondent no.2, in accordance with law.
