Petitioner’s grievance is that on completion of around eight years of service as Trained Graduate Teacher at GSSS Gondhla, District Lahaul & Spiti, H.P. the Tribal area, he preferred three representations (Annexure P-2 to P-4) to respondent No.2 seeking his transfer. However, the aforesaid representations have not been considered and decided in accordance with law. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1-Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order thereupon within a period of six week.
