CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO:14922 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: This Court after perusing the earlier proceedings gave a direction on 18.09.2025, to list the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. However, today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. 2. No representation for the petitioner nor fresh vakalath was filed on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that after due investigation the Police, laid charge sheet vide PRC No.10 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 4. The present Writ Petition is filed alleging that the Police are calling the Petitioners to the Police Station and harassing them. 5. Now, the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader would disclose that petitioners were shown as accused in PRC No.10 of 2023 and the matter is under consideration before the concerned Criminal Court. 4 6. In those circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 7. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed, at the stage of admission itself. However, petitioners are at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, for necessary relief, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
