Ram Dheeraj, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. 2. Learned Counsel for Writ Petitioners seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition and approach the Appellate Forum to challenge the impugned Order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority dated 30.06.2025 in Complaint No.20/2025. Learned Counsel would also submit that as on the date of filing of the present Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioners were not aware that the Appellate Tribunal had already been constituted. Since it has now come to the knowledge of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners that the Appellate Tribunal is now functioning, the present Writ Petition is sought to be withdrawn. 3. Having considered these reasons, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petitioners to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Appellate Forum within a period of two weeks from the date that this Order is uploaded on the website of this Court. It transpires from record that the impugned Order has been passed on 30.06.2025 and the present Writ Petition is filed on 16.08.2025. There shall be a direction not to reckon the period from 16.08.2025 up to two weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court. This period shall not be reckoned for the purpose of limitation in filing the Appeal before the Appellate Tribunal. No order as to costs. 5.
