Issue Order directing the DRT-2, Emakulam to hear and dispose of Exhibit Pl in a time bound manner. (b). Issue such other Order or Direction to DRT-2, Emakulam, to maintain status quo in respect of the properties or not to demolish the residential buildings which are impugned in the Exhibit Pl till a final adjudication is made in Exhibit PI Securitization Application‘’ 2. A report dated 01.04.2025 has been placed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-2, Ernakulam stating that S.A. No.122 of 2016 will be finally disposed of within a period of two months from 04.04.2025. Taking the above report into consideration, the Original Petition is disposed of, directing that S.A. No.122 of 2016 shall be finally disposed of within a period of six weeks from 04.04.2025.
