GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 5 in calling the Petitioner to the Police Station to settle the Civil Disputes between the respondents No.6 and 7 ignoring the Lok Adalat Award in R.C.C.No. 2 of 2021 on the file of the court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Gudivada, Krishna District, as arbitrary illegal and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to interfere with the Petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the Property as tenant.” 2. Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station to settle the civil disputes with Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and a direction may be given to the Police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 and 7. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that no crime is registered against the Petitioner and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7. There shall be no order as to costs.
