of crime, thereby harassing him and compelling him to act according to the 5th respondent. 04. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the other hand, submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioner as on date and that the respondent police have not interfered with the civil dispute or summoned the petitioner to the police station.
It is further submitted that the allegations made in the writ petition are unfounded and baseless. 05. Having considered the submissions made by both sides and upon perusal of the material placed on record, the police are not interfering in the matter and that no crime is registered against the petitioner. 06. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent- police are directed not to interfere in a civil dispute between the parties except under due process of Law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________ Dr. JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA Date: 09.10.2025 KKV
