2 09/12/2025 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming following reliefs :
10.1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records from the respondents for its kind perusal and
consideration.
10.2. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ directing the respondents to release the entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 24,80,575/- along with interest @ 12% per annum form the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was an employee of respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and retired on 31.12.2019 on attaining the age of superannuation. As some cases were pending before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur, CG, his entire retiral dues could not be disbursed, therefore, this writ petition was filed. Though 90 % of retiral dues has already been paid and a certain amount of retiral dues have not been paid on account of pendency of certain cases before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur, CG. He submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the cases filed before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur, CG has resulted in favour of the petitioner and copy of same have been annexed along with an application for taking documents on record. Thus, the respondents may be directed to pay the remaining amount of retiral dues to the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.
3. Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have filed their written and it has been mentioned in paragraph No. 4 that since complaints against the petitioner
3 are pending before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur therefore, 10% amount of the retiral dues of the petitioner have been withheld and after conclusion of the aforesaid complaints same will be released to the petitioner. The documents which has been annexed along with the application for taking documents on record indicates that the case against the petitioner have resulted into the favour. At this stage, this Court is
disposed of the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to move a representation along with necessary documents to substantiate that the complaints cases against him before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur has come to an end in his favour within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order to respondent Nos. 2 & 3, thereafter, respondent Nos. 2 & 3 would take decision within a further period of 60 days and if the petitioner is entitled to retiral dues, the same shall be paid to him without any further delay. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he may approach this Court again.
4. All pending applications, if any, shall stands disposed of. Sd/-
