Case No. 32 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80, 85 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Edith Horo, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Daughter of the Informant Sony Kumari was found murdered in her matrimonial home. Petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased. 4. Case diary earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the deceased was residing with her husband separately. 5. It was submitted that the co-accused Soniya Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Edith Horo, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Pathalgadda P.S.
