THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 24 OF 2025
ORDER:
This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner due to the non- compliance of the orders dated 02.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16011 of 2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the orders dated 02.04.2024 passed this Court in W.P.No. 16011 of 2019 has been complied by the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is no intention on the part of the respondents to disobey the order of this Court they have done their efforts for compliance of the orders as expeditiously as possible and prays to close the contempt case.
4. Recording the submission made, this Contempt Case is closed, since the
order has been complied by the respondents, the question of contempt does not arise. There shall be no orders as costs.
