Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A for the State, learned counsel for the informant as also perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Case No.102 of 2025 as well as charge sheet submitted on 05.03.2025 including cognizance order dated 01.04.2025 and summoning order dated 22.04.2025 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Special Judge SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Siddharth Nagar arising out of Case Crime No.0021 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 325, 351(3), 127(2), 110 and 117(2) B.N.S. and 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in view of the judgment in the case Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2021 SCC Online SC 922. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the court below in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (Supra). 5.
