Issue a Writ of Mandamus or Direction to the LXXXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, CCH 83, Commercial Court, Bengaluru, to expedite the disposal of Commercial O.S.No.194 of 2023, given the prolonged pendency and the resultant prejudice caused to the petitioner. 2. Any other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstance of the case and in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Miss.Rachana R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29998 WP No. 19257 of 2025 3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in Com.O.S.No.194/2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner takes this Court through the order sheet maintained before the concerned Court only to demonstrate that the Court has gone on adjourning the matter without deciding the issue. 4. In the light of the suit being pending for the last two years, which ought to have been disposed by 18 months to the maximum, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
