The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:- “It is, respectfully submitted that Hon'ble Court may kindly allow this petition and quash/set aside the FIR No.1245/2025 (Annexure P/1) U/s 64(2)(m) and 308(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Supela (District- Durg), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application as the compromise has already taken place between the petitioner and the complainant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant concurs the said submission. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if so advised. 6.
