1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus/certiorari or of a like nature to quash the advertisement dated 14/07/2023 (ANNEXURE-P/1) to the extent of the eligibility criteria to allow only the employees of the department posted as Assistant Grade-2, Assistant Grade-3 or Hostel Superintendents only as mentioned in the main part of the advertisement as well as the para no. 2(2)(1) of the Schedule-A.
10.2. That, a command/direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to include the existing employees posted in the department as class-4 to appear and participate in the departmental examination to the post of circle organiser.
10.3. That, a command / direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to grant any other relief, as may be
3 deemed fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of the petition.
10.4. That, a command/direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioners within a stipulated period by speaking order.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
