1. Heard Mr. Sabyasachi Choubey, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. Soumya Sharma, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent/ State.
2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned first information report bearing Crime No. 1067/2025 registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 115(2), 296, 3(5) and 351(2) of the BNS, chargesheet and entire criminal proceedings initiated against the present petitioner which is pending before the learned Family Court, District- Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition stating that though the FIR and charge-sheet has been challenged in the present petition, but inadvertently, the order taking cognizance could not be challenged.
4. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of
3 this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District- Raipur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court.
