GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.4 in investigating the Cr.No.510 of 2021 on the file of the Tirchanur Police Station, Tirchanur, (Tirupathi Urban), Chittoor District for the offence punishable under Section 304-A of IPC and not taking any steps to apprehend the accused and also not naming the owner of the Vehicle No.AP-39-TD-9903 namely devarakonda Nagamani as accused in the said crime since the vehicle is not having any insurance as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the procedure established by law, apart from being 2 voilative of fundamental rights guaranteed to us under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to investigate the Cr.No.510 of 2021 on the file of the Tirchanur Police Station, Tirchanur, (Tirupathi Urban), Chittoor District and arrest the accused as well as include the owner of the Vehicle No.AP-39-TD-9903 namely devarakonda Nagamani as accused in Cr.No.510 of 2021 on the file of the Tirchanur Police Station, Tirchanur, (Tirupathi Urban), Chittoor District.” 2. Heard Ms.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.510 of 2021 on the file of Tirchanur Police Station, is going on. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.510 of 2021 on the file of Tirchanur Police Station and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
