B SOMASEKHAR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 01-02-2020 forthwith by registering the FIR against the respondents 6 to 9. Non registration of FIR against the respondents are illegal, void, arbitrary and violation of Article-21 of Constitution of India and also Section-154 of Code of Criminal Procedure in the interest of justice.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered based on the complaint given by the Petitioner since the dispute between the Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondents is purely civil in nature and the Police advised the Petitioner to seek the redressal before competent Court of Law. 3. Sri V.Srinivasula Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
