ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the Respondents Nos.2 to 4 to register the crime against the respondent no. 5 to 15 on petitioner complaint dt.01.09.2025 is highly illegal arbitrary violation of Articles 14,21 and 300 (A) of the Constitution of India and also violation of the principles of natural justice consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to register the crime against the respondent no. 5 to 15 on petitioner complaint dt.01.09.2025 and pass...”
2. Heard Sri T.Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 01.09.2025 before the police authorities seeking registration of a case against the unofficial respondents, but despite lapse of time, no FIR has been registered.
4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the police have received the petitioner’s complaint, conducted a preliminary enquiry, and found that no cognizable offence is made out, and

that the allegations are false and civil in nature, therefore, no case was registered.
5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, however, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
