GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.27226 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed for non-payment of admitted amount of Rs.11,65,303/- towards 287 days of earned leave and 13 days of half pay leave as per the proceedings of Respondent No.5 in Rc.No.A3/1067/2024, dated 03.12.2024. 2. The Petitioner was initially appointed as Work Inspector in the year 1986 and after completion of service he had retired on 31.07.2024 on attaining the age of superannuation in the cadre of Assistant Engineer in the Respondent No.5-Corporation. While so, the Petitioner was not paid earned leave of 287 days and half pay leave of 13 days totalling 300 days encashment as on the date of retirement. The Managing Director of Respondent No.5- Corporation addressed a letter on 03.12.2024 directing the District Head Housing, Krishna District to draw and disburse the earned leave and half pay leave encashment to the Petitioner. As the same is not being disbursed, the present writ petition is filed. 4 3. Sri K.Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Housing Corporation, on instructions, submits that the amount claimed by the Petitioner is not in dispute. The bills were also uploaded in CFMS portal and the payment would be made shortly. 4. In the light of the submissions made, as there is no dispute about the amount claimed by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to disburse the amount within a period of two (2) months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
