The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 10.2.1983 passed by Sessions Judge, Budaun, in Sessions Trial No.77 of 1982. 2. As per the Office report dated 8.4.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun, dated 26.3.2025, the sole surviving appellant, namely, Khubi son of Dambar died on 22.02.202. We have perused the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate along with the statement of Kamal Singh, son of appellant-Khubi and the death certificate issued by Village Pradhan, Reena Devi. Statements of Sub Inspector Ganga Singh and Village Pradhan, Reena Devi, have also been annexed. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated.
