1. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. By way of this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner is not challenging any particular order. The present petition is against the undue delay in releasing the compensation amount of Rs. 30,63,112/- with interest from 15.07.2018 the date of acquisition of the land admeasuring 0.03 hectare out of the land bearing khasra no. 171/52 क/2 admeasuring 0.1290 hectare of the petitioners situated in Village Nagpur, patwari halka no.17, Rajasva Nirman Mandal Manendragarh, Tahsil Manendragarh, District Korea now District M.C.B. (C.G.) by the respondent no.05 Sub-divisional OfÏcer (Revenue) and Land Acquisition OfÏcer, section Manendragarh, District Korea now District M.C.B. (C.G.) for building (widening/ two- laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 78 (New NH-43) Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh Border to Korea District Border. Therefore the petitioner has made several application/representations but till date the same has not been considered and no action has been taken by them in respect to the payment of compensation to the petitioners for acquisition of their, therefore he prays for a direction to the concerned authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s case for grant of compensation.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondents to consider the pending application towards payment of compensation, they are having no objection to the limited prayer and if the petitioner files a fresh representation, it will be considered in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to file a representation
3 before the respondent-authorities along with all relevant document and copy of this order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The concerned authorities shall decide the same after due verification of the facts within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
