On 18.06.2025, this Court ordered last chance in the matter. 3. Today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. 4. The prayer in the petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allocate work and issue fresh work order in favour of the petitioner for E- tender dated 14.06.2017. A further request is made to quash and set aside the E-tender dated 12.12.2017 being 3 wp 193-2018.odt 2 illegal, void ab initio and arbitrary. 5. At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, states that since subject matter has rendered infructuous, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
