The averments made in the present petition demonstrate that the dispute is primarily between the private parties. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 who are the official respondents, have filed response and they have not made any claim with regard to the land, which is the subject matter of the present petition. 3. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the private respondents.
