Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.459 of 2022 on the file of Mangalagiri Town Police Station Guntur District, for the alleged offences under Sections 120b 307, 379, 381, 386, 415, 420, 423 R/w 34 IPC and 156 (3) Cr.P.C., and that the petitioners are challenging the said crime. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps if so aggrieved by the charge sheet. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
