Anjaneyulu, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri V. Satyanarayana Prasad, leaned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “It is therefore just and essential that this Hon’ble Court that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus (i) directing the Respondent Nos., 1 to 10 not to register any Document in respect of the properties possessed by the Petitioners in implementation of the order Dt: 07.09.2022 passed In W.A.No.631/2021 and batch. (ii)declaring the sale deeds vide D.Nos., 5671/2023 (Dt:06.12.2023) and 5672/2023 (Dt:05.12.2023 SRO Cheepuripalli) as null and void. The above relief sought by the Writ Petitioners itself would indicate that the Writ Petitioners are seeking implementation of the Interim Order dated 07.09.2022 passed in W.A.No.631 of 2021 and batch. 4 4. After filing of the present Writ Petition, vide Order dated 01.04.2025, the Division Bench of this Hon’ble High Court was pleased to dispose of the W.A. No.631 of 2021 and batch with certain directions. 5. Since the Writ Petitioners are seeking implementation of the Interim Order, this court is of the opinion that the Writ Petition cannot be entertained in view of the fact that the Final Order itself came to be passed on 01.04.2025 in W.A.No.631 of 2021 and batch. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. The Writ Petitioners are at liberty to avail remedies as available to them under law subject to all just exceptions. No order as to costs. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion either with regard to the ‘locus standi’ of the Writ Petitioners or the merits of their case. 7. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. _________________________________ GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD, J Dt: 09.10.2025 Mnr 5 01 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.4093 OF 2025 Dt: 09.10.2025 Mnr
