order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as “the CAT”) appointment to the post of Staff Car Driver Grade , challenging the appointments of respondents No. 4 and 5. However, the CAT found this challenge to be baseless and had never applied for the post of Staff Car Driver Grade come on record that the vacancy circular dated application for filling up the post on deputation basis circular dated 24.07.2020 was circulated amongst various department the Government calling for application from said basis, the respondents No.4 and 5 had applied and were appointed. There is no document in support of the assertion that the posts never notified.
