Ms. Anjali Upadhya, counsel for the respondent Development Authority states that the Development Authority will examine the issue and will take appropriate decision 3. Accordingly, the petitioners stands disposed of by providing that the Development Authority may examine the prayer of the petitioners and take appropriate decision.
