The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated:05.02.2024 vide Annexure-B and a Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to comply the direction given by respondent No.2 in its letter dated:20.05.2024 vide Annexure-D. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. A representation was submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent on 05.02.2022. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the representation before the second respondent. Taking note of the representation, the second respondent directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted on 05.02.2024 and report back to respondent No.2. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the direction of respondent No.2, the first respondent has not considered the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6808 WP No. 103546 of 2024 representation.
