Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioned aged 62 years has filed this writ petition for grant of following substantive relief:- “a. That writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued by directing the respondents to extend the benefit of ACP to the petitioner on completion of 4 years service as CHT in a cadre from 2009, along with all consequential benefits such as arrears etc.” 2. Several orders have been passed in this petition from time to time. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends to represent to the respondents for redressal of his grievances. Prayer is accepted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
