Having regard to these aspects, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit by directing the Respondent No.8 namely the Deputy Director of Mines & Geology, Anantapur to complete the entire administrative process with regard to the claim of the Writ Petitioner within a period of six weeks from today and transfer the balance amount of Rs.1,47,343/- as full and final settlement, to the account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter and convey message to the Writ Petitioner to this effect. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank account to the Competent Authority within one week for effective compliance. 4. 5.
