02.02.2024 (Annexure-E) seeking mutation and revenue entries in respect of the subject land, in favour of the petitioner herein.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, writ papers would indicate that originally the land in question has been granted in favour of Narayanadasaiah S/o Hanumantadasaiah and the said grantee has sold the subject land in favour of the petitioner herein and accordingly, the M.R. No.33 of 2010-11 has been issued as per Annexure-D to the writ petition. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.3 ought not to have insisted for 11E sketch since the petitioner herein has purchased the land in question from the original grantee. Therefore, I find force in the submission made by the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Further, taking into account that the petitioner herein has made a representation to the respondent - authorities as at Annexure-E, this Court is of the view that the impugned endorsement at Annexure-F dated 14.03.2024 has to be set aside and the matter be remitted to respondent No.3 with

regard to entering the name of the petitioner in the mutation register without insisting for 11E sketch, since the land in question has been purchased by the petitioner herein from the original grantee.
4. In that view of the matter, the impugned endorsement at Annexure-F dated 14.03.2024 is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate
order by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2024, as at Annexure-E, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this
order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
