1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of its insurance claim. It appears that detailed representation on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Insurance Company.There is no response from the Insurance Company before this Court.
2. Without proper instruction from the Insurance Company, it is not possible for the Court to decide the issue conclusively.
3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent person of the respondent no.2 to consider the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner annexed at pages 570 to 578 of the writ petition strictly in accordance with law and theinsurance

policy covering the parties upon affording proper opportunity of hearing to the representative of the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the competent person of the respondent Insurance Company at the time of
consideration of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
7. Affidavits of service filed in Court today are taken on record.
