GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house of the 2nd Petitioner bearing H.No.3-104 d of Patchava Village, Zarugumilli Mandal, Prakasam District and also insisting to part with the property at the behest of the 4th Respondent is illegal, arbitrary and discriminative and violative Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the 2nd Petitioner house bearing H.No.3-104 d of Patchava Village, Zarugumilli Mandal, Prakasam District.” 2.
