OCD 17 ORDER SHEET AP-COM/631/2025 IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA COMMERCIAL DIVISION ORIGINAL SIDE CIVCON CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED VS HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LTD BEFORE: The Hon'ble JUSTICE SHAMPA SARKAR Date: 14th August, 2025. Appearance: Mr. Snehashis Sen, Adv. Mr. Abhishek Banerjee, Adv. . . .for the petitioner. Mr. B.K. Sen, Adv. . . .for the respondent. The Court: 1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Both the learned advocates fairly submit that sufficient progress has been made in the proceeding. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on July 15, 2025. It is specifically contended that arguments are complete and the award is required to be published. 2. Considering the submissions and as the Court finds that the delay is not attributable to either of the parties, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by six months from the date of communication of 2 this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period. 3. The application is, accordingly, disposed of. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) SP/
