2025. Let the matter appear on 7th March, 2025 as “To Be Mentioned” only for filling written notes by the defendants. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the interim order granted earlier is going to be expired today. Accordingly, the interim order is extended till the disposal of this application. The plaintiff has filed an application being GA-COM/4/2025 praying for amendment in the plaint on the ground that the defendant has changed the name from “NLCARE Private Limited” to Apriway Healthcare Private Limited. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff perused the amendment as sought for. This Court finds that the amendment sought for will not change the nature and character of the suit. Accordingly, Prayers (a) to (c) of the master summons is allowed. The defendant has changed the name as Apriway Healthcare Private Limited without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the old name as “NLCARE Private Limited. The defendants have not used the affidavit in opposition, the allegation made therein are deemed to have been denied. GA-COM/4/2025 is disposed of.
