Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.12.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner-1st (Apar Aykut-1), Moradabad Mandal, Moradabad (respondent no. 3) in Case No. 1676/2024 (Computrized Case No. C202413000001676) "Rakesh Kumar and others vs. Nirmal Singh and others" u/s 210 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). And also against the impugned judgment and orders dated 18.12.2008 passed in Case No. 46/06/07 and 28.03.2018 passed in case no. 1415/2016, by District Magistrate, District-Rampur (respondent no. 4) (Annexure No. 2 & 3 to this writ petition)." 3. Certified copy of the order impugned dated 18.12.2008 passed by District Magistrate, Rampur/respondent no. 4 has not been annexed with this writ petition. 4. In view of want of certified copy of the order impugned, this petition cannot be entertained. 5. The petitioner has not stated anywhere in the petition that he has applied for a certified copy of the order impugned and the same has not been provided, therefore, no exemption can be granted. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after annexing certified copy of the order impugned.
