(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate, is that despite having rendered valuable services to the respondents, his bills have not been cleared for a long time.

Though this Court is of the view that present petition is not maintainable, however, having taken note of undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents that in any eventuality, due amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three weeks, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to Managing Director of HRTC to ensure that all pending bills of the petitioner are cleared within a period of three weeks. Needless to say, amount, if any, payable to the petitioner, which otherwise stood
