ORDER Date : 28-03-2025 Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. M. Barma,
learned counsel for the sole respondent are present. The contempt petition was preferred contending that the direction passed in a Judgment and Order dated 13.08.2024 passed in writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 5540/2023 was not complied with by the respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon has already passed an Order dated 18.02.2025 in Revenue Appeal no. 17/2019-20, thereby disposing of the revenue appeal and in such view of the matter, the direction made in the
Judgment and Order dated 13.08.2024 has been complied with. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the contempt petition is closed.
