ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondents, in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 29.03.2021 and 09.06.2021 respectively seeking protection from her husband and his sister, brother-in-laws and other musclemen as there is a life threat to her, her children and brother in the hands of her husband, his sister and brother-in- laws is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to give protection to the petitioner and her children and brother from the hands of her husband, his sister and brother-in-laws.”
2. Heard Sri B. Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint dated 11.08.2021 given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.658 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 447, 323, 506 and 509 IPC has been registered against her husband.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
