ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of mandamusdeclaring the inaction of the respondents No.1 to 6 in taking appropriate action in respect of my representations dated 17.07.2017, 24.01.2018 and 08.03.2019 made to respondents No.2 and 3 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.7 as per the law governing the issue and may pass…”
2. Sri Karanam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conference would submit that the petitioner is no more and as per the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, enquiry was also completed. 3. In that view of the matter, the cause does not survive for further adjudication and the writ petition may be closed
4. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
